To turn off the background videos in TriceraSoft JustKaraoke, you can go to the settings or options menu within the program and look for a setting related to background videos. From there, you should be able to disable them and prevent them from being distracting during your karaoke session.

It may not be importing new songs because of file format compatibility issues. Make sure the songs you are trying to import are in a compatible format supported by the program. Additionally, check if there are any restrictions or limitations in the program settings that could be preventing new song imports.

How do you add tracks to database without importing the whole database again?

In JustKaraoke there is a button next to the Import Songs one called Edit. Press it and a new menu will appear. Choose Add Single Song and browse to where your song is and that's it. The new song will be added to the list and you can queue it up to play it in the Singer's Playlist.

Unfortunately, TriceraSoft JustKaraoke does not offer activation codes. You will need to purchase a new license in order to use the software.

I have used this software for several years with no problem, and it was working fine a week ago and we used it for 2 or 3 hours, then the next song we pulled up & hit play it wouldn't do anything.
